Can we talk about just how fucking good vinegar is? Seriously, I love it , it adds so much more to anything you cook.

You can pretty put it on anything that isn't just a salad and it wilk give it a nice sour flavor (but of course for be a retard and don't use too much of it)

Some of the stuff I like adding it into are:
>Tomato sauce
>Instant noodles
>Gazpacho/Salmorejo
>Potato Salad
>Making Sauce reductions for meats (specially pork)
>Pasta

My favourite vinegar is balsamic, but I can go for pretty much any.

Damn awesome stuff.
When I have some fruit or veg about to go bad I make a relish/ side salad out of it.
I grated a bunch of carrots, onions and apple the other day and soaked them in vinegar to use as a side dish.

My vinegar fetish is to pour the vinegar out of a bottle of hot peppers and dip pizza style pringles in it. You can replenish the vinegar a few times, shaking the bottle, and maybe abusing the peppers a bit.

Walking home today some fucker bumped into me and instantly started talking shit about vinegar being the best ingredient. I tried to remain calm and explain that wine is actually the best ingredient, but he wouldn't take a hint. He started throwing around words like "alcoholism" and I lost it.
