I bought 1 small bottle of oil as a christmas treat to deep fry some chicken gizzards, so atm oil-wise I have chicken gizzard vegetable oil, sardine infused sunflower oil, 1 cal oil spray in butter and rape, light double reduced lurpak, and mayonnaise. I never buy salt or pepper.

I used the mayo instead of lurpak for the extra eggy taste.

I don't think you know what gnocchi are but I'm glad you had fun and they taste good!

gnocchi should be boiled before further processing like panfrying and they should have a nice soft melty texture but with some bite, like well-cooked pasta. you made something entirely different.
