I finished the video and I don't think your assessment is accurate. They actually ended up saying it's a great food item for a lot of people if used properly and that it's superior to plant-based alternatives in every way except environmental impact. I don't think they called for the "canceling" of milk in any way, and they actually spent a lot of time debunking all the most severe negative health claims that people make against milk .
