Well, anyway, I decided to make chicken ravioli.

Filling is ready and the dough is resting.

It will be for tomorrow's lunch, but I'll prepare it today.

I had some leftover shredded chicken that I used for hot pockets the other day, which was seasoned already with onions, garlic, etc.. so I used that and mixed with some firm ricotta, parmesan, fresh nutmeg, black pepper, salt and some bread crumbs until I got a firm paste. It would have been quicker to put it all in the food processor, but I'd then have more things to clean.

These filled pasta are a good way to use leftovers, actually.
