The color of our bell peppers depends on our supplier. 75% of the time the peppers we get are green, but sometimes we'll get red, yellow, or even orange peppers. One time we even got purple peppers.

Admittedly, I've only regularly eaten at one location multiple times, so my question may not necessarily apply to all of them, but:

I've tried burritos with every meat option. The meat is alright, but for some reason, the sofritas was the best tasting one. This surprises me, as for most fast food, or food in general, the vegetarian/vegan option doesn't do it for me, but here, it's the best tasting one on the menu. What does Chipotle do to make it taste that good, or, if it's more appropriate, how do they make the meat so uninteresting that the tofu has much more pronounced flavor?

I always ask for extra beans, because 1) I don't want rice and 2) the one spoon of beans they DO give me is resentfully skimpy. But the ship is already set sail, and my request for a hearty, reasonable portion of black beans fished out of Bayleaf Bay only runs aground for my dry, nervous vocal chords. Yeah I go to Chipotle as a regular because I'm retarded and order the same fucking thing every time and when they start making it before my order I change it for another few months. Am I an asshole is is this better to do because I haven't ordered yet and prevents bad habits from being formed.

Also as someone that is relatively close to the employees in a regular basis, and have seen full sets of employees come and go, what exactly is the procedure for determining who gets manager status and who doesn't because they all seem equally fit for the position and it bothers the shit out of me.

Additionally I yelled at a customer for being an obnoxious cunt at 10:30am because the rice was undercooked and instead of telling them yes or no to having the order remade (repeatedly) he called the manager out to try it. He then bitched that I just ordered the rice and I told him to shut the fuck up about MY order because I'm eating that rice undercooked or not. Told him the options are to have it remade with brown rice or wait for a new batch of white and that they don't need to try the rice they'd just throw it out anyway. The employee handling this was visibly pissed and ready to lose it. Manager didn't know the full story so I told him. The dude left with a refund and sat in his car watching me eat as he was on his phone presumably leaving a bad review. In cases like this how do you deal with customers like this? Clearly I'm in the wrong for telling a customer to go fuck himself and leave, but at 10:30am right at opening if you're going to whine about some fucking rice and not answer the offer to remake it then you deserve to be told to go fuck yourself. Employee thanked me and manager understood the issue but holy shit.
