Is this film accurate? Is it true that meats are not as good vegetables in terms of a source of protein and a healthy diet? This movie made me pretty contemplate my entire diet, is it true that eating veggies over meats make you super human?

>Is it true that meats are not as good vegetables in terms of a source of protein and a healthy diet?
what? it's literally the opposite of that. every study i heard of says meat, dairy and egg protein >>> plants. every time you hear about ""vegan"" athletes it turns out they use some shit that is not vegan, or use steroids etc.
documentaries like these are usually completely biased and are more like an advertisement, not an actual research.

Sure it will.
And getting your cock cut out makes you a woman.
And running your shower more than 5 minutes kills children
And having multiple sex partners makes you a good person
And traveling as a young woman is a fine idea
And the future is women, vegan and migrants.

More seriously, vegan shows are on the rise and as anything shoved in your mouth by someone else, you should be worried.

Any drastic change of die is going to bring you trouble. Reduce your meat consumption if you want, but you'll need to replace them by protein filled vegetables like lentils, beans, brussel sprouts and anything that will make you fart.
Just keep eating what you're eating brah, cook it better, find better meat, eat less sugary, homemade carot and celery juices and exercise.
Your muscle production depends on your somanotropine production, the growth hormone, more than what you eat.

So basically, less sugar, fasting and exercising.

And stop watching TV you wanker.

Sean Baker broke down the so-called vegan athletes. Most of them are already washed up ex athletes and a few lost their spot in the NFL and are now playing in Mexico on farm teams etc for peanuts.

Can Newton appears to be the one who still has a NFL contract if he can stay injury free. Check his status at the moment.

Look up a list of vegetarian athletes then, when you realise you've never heard of a single one of them because none have any noteworthy wins or, in fact, any notoriety whatsoever beyond their diet, you'll have your answer. Which will be 'no.' No. No, it's not accurate. No, it's not true that meats is not as good as vegetables in terms of a source of protein. No, it's not true that eating veggies over meats make you super human. No. Just no.

there's a lot of bad info out there and most of them probably don't really understand nutrition when they start trying to radically change their diet. if you really understand macros and supplements you'd probably be healthier on a vegan diet than an average overweight omnivore. not saying you'd be in optimal health though, because humans are still definitely omnivores.

i kind of hope that lab-grown meat just makes the whole argument pointless since there won't be much of a moral issue with eating animal products anymore once it's available.

obviously. if you take the right supplements and understand you still have to get enough fat and protein, i don't see why a vegan diet would make you unhealthier than an obese omnivore though.
