>He thinks that vegetable oil comes from vegetables
There are only 2 oils that you can use: Olive oil and Sunflower oil. Other than that there is butter and lard if you want to use fats.

Anything else kills you by giving you cancer. Prove me wrong, I dare you.

Easy.
Canola, Soy and Palm oils amonst all others cannot be extracted by normal pressing.
Chemical solvent is used to extract oil from those plants. It is already unnatural at the very beginning and make oils already dangerous.

On top of that, companies use those oils for food shit, like ast mc donalds. But to cut the costs even more, they hydrogenenate those oils to make them solid. This turns them into chemically produced trans-fats that will literally kill your ass. Margarine is also made in such a way.

>>13516157
If price is what is important for you you might aswell buy gutter oil.

What sort of proofs do you want, it is literally made like that. Its not some secret knowledge, a simple google of "how XXX oil is produced" already explains it to you better than an anon would.

whats the best deep frying oil?

>> No.13516270

>>13516262
Processed coconut oil (hydrogenated for better storage) if you want to sell it and cut the costs as much as you can
Sunflower oil if you want to make it for yourself.
But no matter what deep frying is bad for health one way or another. But guess that's american culture.

The one that has more fats in it since it adds umami flavor. It will be the most unhealthy one of course. Coconut oil would be good choice here, fast food chains use it for a reason.

You mean notable by the FDA's standards. Any hydrogenated food has trans fats. They just can say zero now if it's under a certain amount. If you eat hydrogenated things daily, which most people here do, then it's going to affect you
