cold pickle very finely diced shallot in 2 parts sherry vinegar, 1 part balsamic (pinch salt, pepper) for a great relish on all sorts of common shit, beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, you name it. Blueberries should be intact, it's not some cooking horror with squashed everything. Garlic, salt, pepper, "chiken" aroma powder and berries results in an interesting taste.
