It's similar to Cholula but actually good. I think Smash was the first cassette I ever owned, but I tried the hot sauce and liked it before even realizing it was the dude from The Offspring (he's apparently a polymath).

I was a dishwasher at a Mexican restaurant, and always pronounced it "tapay-shio." Owners still pronounce it that way, though they know the right pronunciation
