13325954 No.13325954 [Reply] [Original]

This time of year is the only time its cool enough for people to open their windows and enjoy some fresh air, so every night around 12am to 4am i take my deep fryer outside and fry a bunch delicious food so they can all smell it. I have been doing this every night for about 2 weeks now and if i listen closely i can hear people closing their windows.

not a big fan of Indian food but i never really explored it, i guess i should give it a try if it will piss off my neighbors. I live in the ghetto so i have been cooking a lot of fried chicken for them to smell.

Deep fried ravioli is worse than the sum of its parts IMO. Indian food can be okay, but it's almost all the fucking same. Some protein in some heavily spiced brown/red/green goop. I figure if you want to do something like the whole meatless mondays thing, than go with some Indian lentil dish, otherwise pass, it's an overrated cuisine.

because after 5 years of their bullshit i'm fighting back... really i'm just not trying to be polite and a decent person anymore and just doing whatever i want whenever i feel like it, like deep frying outside at 3am. Because nobody else seems to give a fuck so why should i inconvenience myself? i have a row of cop cars in front of my house like 3 days a week, for the one neighbor, the onether one send there kids to my house twice a day asking for stuff like soda-pop of cash because i'm the white man so i must have money, there is sperg that screeches non stop and steals mail. loose pitbulls roaming around etc. its a non stop circus. One thing i know for sure is they're all to cheap to run the A/C so their windows are open and i figure its time to show some love

mostly all poup flour, a spoon full of corn starch, a spoon full of buttermilk powder, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme powder, black pepper, salt, a little sage and dipped in a egg/milk mixture. i dip the chicken in the dry mix first just to soak any mousiness then dip it in the egg wash and rebread it, also i fry it till its almost done (because i have multi batches ) then do a quick dip of all the chicken at the end to reheat it all and brown it up nicely.

I used to live in a poor neighborhood in the bay area with a lot of gooks. buy a whole fish, grill it and then butcher it. toss the whole head and tail on the dying coals and let it smolder then prepare for everyone in your neighborhood to either go crazy for the smell or call the cops. works best with salmon or trout

i also clean as i go so there is not a huge mess when i'm done. Not having someone to clean up after you sucks when you wake up the next day and your kitchen is trashed, so i just wash/wipe down what ever i used as soon as im done with it because after a bunch of greasy junk food i do not feel like cleaning
