Sometimes what you might consider a "healthy" diet of whole grains, vegetables, lean meats and fish. Some days a protein bar, sandwiches, and takeout for dinner. Some days donuts, cake, an entire loaf of bread in one sitting, a bottle of wine, and fatty cheeses and meats. Every day is different. But the days of eating donuts and garbage all day are uncommon because I feel like shit when I do that. I assume fat people either don't feel like shit, or they're so used to feeling like shit all the time they think it's normal.

Yesterday I had two eggs and two strips of bacon with a piece of toast with butter and jam and a glass of pineapple orange juice and a coffee with milk and sugar for breakfast around 6am, then I had a gigantic plate of fettuchine alfredo with sliced chicken breast and a glass of lemonade iced tea for lunch at 2 or 3pm. I skipped dinner and just drank some water the rest of the night. Today I've only had some coffee with milk and sugar, I might make a cheese omelette in a minute and I have some ground beef that's fully lost the carbon monoxide color in the fridge and a bag of frozen fries so I'll probably have a burger and fries for my afternoon/evening meal

I eat the same shit every day pretty much
Breakfast:
>2-4 fried eggs, ~1 cup (178g?) of rice/beans, a fistful or two of steam-fried leafy greens (either kale or spinach), a slice of fried SPAM. Sometimes I'll swap the rice/beans for cold oatmeal/milk with peanut butter mixed in.
Lunch:
>I usually eat out before work, often sushi. (And yes, it's gaijin sushi full of smoked salmon and cream cheese. Stay mad.)
Dinner:
>Often the same as breakfast, but I'll swap the eggs for baked salmon and forego the SPAM. Probably double my rice/beans.
If I get hungry late at night, I'll either have yogurt/cottage cheese/preserves (maybe granola too), or I'll repeat dinner. Depends how hungry I am.

I'm trying to gain weight and my BMI is around 19, according to the Internet, anyway. Any tips?

most common: water, coffee, tea, canned fish, eggs, rice, pasta, chicken, apples, broccoli, hot chocolate, milk, protein powder, olive oil

less common: donuts, breakfast meats, meat and cheese sandwiches, spinach and lettuce salads, chicken soup, butter, other fruits, peanut butter, oatmeal, candy (esp. chocolate)

rarest: steak, bread, wine, bourbon, beer, chinese take-out, expensive shit cuz I'm a cheapass

Besides the candy and hot chocolate I basically just eat what I want. I've always been a skeleton, and now that I've started running it has basically only changed my musculature in my lower half. I might have to start lifting again soon to correct imbalance, but I want to fix my posture first.

first it's the "meat" misspelling, but then it's the contrary points made between which you touch. If you touch the grandson then you'll meet the gun, implying they care about the grandson, but then touch the gun and you'll meet the grandson, meaning presumably they'll use the grandson as a human shield. I think it's this hard contrast that sells it. Plus you can play in your mind about what else changes due to replacing meet with meat, as it could be some weird sexual implication. Ultimately it's just so unusual that it plays well in your mind.

It changes dynamically every day. I usually try to incorporate vegetables, some fruit, and meat into my food every day. Typically this includes a carbohydrate heavy food like brown rice, wheat bread, or pasta.
Whether it’s pasta with homemade pasta sauce or a peanut butter jelly sandwich, something like this usually is two meals per day.

I try to eat dairy products every day as well but not excessively (maybe a glass of milk, or a bagel with cream cheese, or maybe a grilled cheese sandwich). I also usually try to use only as much fats as are necessary for cooking and nothing excessive. I usually eat some kind of dessert.

At least weekly I eat some deenz, every other day I usually eat eggs in some way (chorizo, sunny side up, whatever man), and quite often I swallow my own cum.

I eat a relatively low carb diet. I don't purposely eat "low carb" for the sake of trying to be low carb, but I try not to eat 'unnatural' things too much, so I don't eat that many grains and heavily cultivated fruits. I mainly eat fatty meats, fruits & vegetables (that I consider relatively 'real' and 'natural' plants). Also quite some dairy since I'm Caucasian and I can genetically digest it very well (mostly homemade yogurt). And I eat a bunch of self-fermented vegetables like sauerkraut. But still I love food and cooking so I make quite some "exceptions". It's not like I never eat bread or pizza or anything. I actually eat these foods quite often compared to what most people would think of me. I just make sure to not have them as the base of my diet. And I do various forms of fasting to balance everything out (and because I believe that it's good for my long term health).

I’m trying like hell to lose weight. Probably developed an eating disorder in the process. I shoot for 300 calories each day, only eat my one meal at 4pm, sometimes fast 48 hours. Lots of tea and cigarettes. Sometimes I just eat a carrot. Lot of long walks.
But it’s working. I look pretty good now, lost about 25lbs. Getting gym membership in December and dialing up my calorie/protein intake.

Well, at least I know what's wrong with me. Back when a buddy more or less forced me to go the gym with him I was in actually great shape in all of 2 months while eating the same way, then it all went down the shitter when he went back home for summer and I stopped going. Eating smaller portions is so fucking hard, food is pretty much the only thing that gets me through the day. Everything else seems like completely unenjoyable crap compared to 5 years ago.

With breakfast I'm very consistent: a bowl of cereal with skim milk, two toaster waffles with butter and syrup, two breakfast sausages.

For lunch and dinner it depends. I still live at home so I'll usually have whatever leftovers are around. My mom tends to cook very healthy, if rather bland foods. My cooking skills are very limited: I'll make myself a sandwich or frozen pizza with some steamed broccoli and apple sauce.

I love to eat unhealthy food, but I limit myself through being lazy and cheap. Since I don't go grocery shopping myself much, I eat whatever my family has in the fridge. I'm too miserly to spend much eating out. I enjoy exercise and am pretty physically fit. I also tend to skip meals when I'm in a depressive state (which is the opposite of most people). I'm a little bit underweight and wish I ate more.

It's a little different right now because I work evenings and nights a lot, though.
I've found that once I've eaten it only takes a few hours before I'm hungry again. Presumably because the stomach "wakes up" when you feed it. So making breakfast or lunch my one meal doesn't work for me at all. It might actually not be a bad idea to place the dinner an hour later, but I grew up with 6PM being dinnertime and we are creatures of habit after all.
As it is now I do not feel hungry throughout the day. I did for the first week or two of this diet, though.

>lunch
arbys double roast beef, small fry, small drink (not always arbys but that's what is usually open when I am eating lunch (due to my work hours) that doesn't just serve breakfast food only that early in the morning)
>dinner
roast beef sandwich from the deli across the street with lettuce/tomato/onion/cheese or 2-3 slices of pepperoni pizza from the same deli. Kind of addicted to starburst so I usually have like 10 of those every couple of nights after dinner

I would like to cook but my roomates are a mess and I refuse to use the kitchen when it's in that state

If I even have time to make breakfast, it'll be cereal, egg sandwich, or oatmeal. Sometimes pancakes with bacon and hash browns. Most of the time, I don't eat breakfast, so I go for coffee and a pastry

>Lunch
I usually skip lunch or just eat something light, like sushi

>Dinner
Various pasta dishes, mexican dishes, chicken sandwiches, chili sometimes.

I usually only eat once or twice a day. I drink water and pineapple juice almost exclusively, with the exception of coffee.

>breakfast @ 7:30am
A big glass of water as I wake up
2 slices of some decent bread, toasted with natural peanut butter. ~300 cal
If I'm really hungry I also have a mix of greek yogurt/banana/nutscheese. ~150cal
A cup of coffee with milk ~30cal

>lunch @ noon
Standard home cooked meal of carb + meat + veggies for about 500cal, plenty of recipes fit the bill. I usually make it for dinner then bring leftovers for the next 1-2 lunches. Last one was scalloped potatoes with ham, red pepper, onions, spring onions, celery and sun-dried tomatoes fried in garlic oil with smoked paprika. 480 cal
Water.

>dinner @ 17:30
If I have no leftovers, see lunch.
If I'm lazy, a salad with spinach, whatever veggies I have, canned tuna/boiled eggs/beans/chicken and some fitting dressing/oil, and some crackers or bread to fill up. ~450cal
If I'm not lazy, I splurge a bit and have a good piece of meat with sauted veggies and a small dessert, or I eat out/order. That's a bit harder to estimate but I try to keep it on the small and simple side but that's still averages around 800cal.
Water.

>snacks
only really after dinner, I usually munch on carrots or plain popcorn. 50-100 call
water or black coffee

>> No.13267620

Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy, small cup of yoghurt, a glass of milk and 3 cups of coffee I drink on the ride to work.
Lunch: a few slices of turkey on 12 grain bread with brown mustard and a can of sardines/mackerel/tuna/or squid.
Dinner: generally a pork chop with onions, broccoli and rice/baked beans. 1 or 2 nights out of the week I'll have pasta/mac and cheese/or canned soup. Saturdays I eat out at a local chinese place. Always a couple cans of beer.

I never snack or eat deserts.

The cottage cheese is exactly like adding greek yogurt to a smoothie, idk why you guys think it's weird. It just makes it creamy and adds a fuckload of protein, it's not like the weird cottage cheese texture is still there after you blend it. I actually like cottage cheese better for smoothies because it's a lot cheaper and doesn't have the sour taste yogurt has.

Count your calories. Fish is not a good bulking food; anon that told you to do that was wrong there. Two scoops of protein in your daily protein shake, whole milk, a banana, some peanut butter. Down that shit and it's gains in a blender. Dried prunes / dates are great for gaining too; 4 of them is like 160 cals. Peanut butter sandwiches, slather two big tablespoons on a sandwich and down the whole thing with a glass of whole milk to chase it.

For dinner, meats. Chicken breast isn't very dense in calories, but it's dense as hell in protein, and you should get your calories from the stuff I listed above. Whatever vegetable you can stomach (they're not important) and white rice with it, lots.

Also, beans. THESE are the real vegetable you should be eating. Black beans, kidney beans, whatever beans; doesn't matter. They have the fiber that you need. Eat all this shit and you'll be gaining in no time, just do it consistently and count / weigh your meals.

Almost forgot to add to this...eggs. Eggs are a miracle food. 4 scrambled eggs each morning with some sort of other food alongside them; breakfast burritos are nice with peppers and onions. BIG gains here.

Pasta, too. People say you should eat whole wheat, but I don't give a shit about that meme. It's a negligable amount of extra fiber compared to regular pasta; just eat what tastes best to you in that regard. Put some butter on that shit / olive oil / meat / whatever and you're golden.

Try not to eat cheeses (they slow digestion) and other things of that nature. Well, if cheese doesn't slow your digestion, maybe it's fine, but I sure as hell can't shit after I've eaten cheese heavy dishes, so I leave it out when I bulk.
