Yes it is. It is also apparently vegan, so it's kind of a universal super food.

I want some salmon

Ketotards ruined cauliflower for everyone else. Now it has this horrible reputation from being forced into roles it can't perform. It's just an innocent vegetable.

>Oh it's kinda white like rice or flour, I'll use it like a carb! Genius!

Kill yourselves.

The ultimate problem is that a majority of these faggots can't into self control and others jump on the chance at selling their recipe that cauliflower became this substitute.

I hate that it became this thing too. I understand that there isn't a variety of foods to eat while on the diet, but like at least be creative or something. I managed to go through it without having to even touch it.

Jesus Chirst, ketofags are pathetic. Those losers just need to eat less. Stop ruining ingredients I used to like.

I found that lettuce works decently. Even works as a taco shell, thanks to that stiff rib going down the center on some varieties.

What is a good soup to make? I've been just making a shitty soup that includes stew beef, cheese, mushrooms, and spicy sausage.

I don't know why you guys even call it keto when you're clearly not using ketosis for any sort of functional reason like epileptics would. You seem to be doing this as a weight loss attempt mostly, which is probably either not accomplishing anything or else, at best, might be helping you because you get better satiation out of the new foods you're eating compared to the other foods you were eating before.
Should probably just be called a satiation diet. Or a hunger minimizing diet.

A). Cauliflower is a really intriguing substitution for producing low-calorie iterations. It's somewhat flavored, which is sometimes a problem, but this is different by variation.
B). /ck/'s critiques of specifically "ketogenic dieting" are often ludicrous and non-scientific.

"Full nutrition" is a rarity amongst diets and scholarly articles; so demographics getting into recipes and food is "productive". (Social interest and investment, personality, attractiveness, skillfulness, anatomy, energy levels, and other aspects of genetic expression are basing on nutriments.)

Proper keto ..
>manages hungers (protein is the second most abundant item in the body, to water),
>is associated with lesser-insulinogenic foods ("insulin is fat-sparing") – especially "not sugars", which are really proximitous snacks, and
>prioritizes hypoglycemia, which is associated with energy homeostasis, cholinergic-dopaminergic rewards, neurotrophy, et al. (wiki: ghrelin).

The best pizza substitute is using chicken breasts as the base anyway.
