KOMBUCHA RECIPE:
14 cups water
1 cup sugar
8 bags of tea (real tea, not herbal)
2 cups of kombucha, plus the scoby if you have one

1. boil your water
2. dissolve sugar, add teabags and wait until it cools to blood warm
3. add kombucha + scoby and pour into a gallon jar
4. put cheesecloth over the jar and wait for about 5 days if you have a scoby, more like 10-12 if you don't (this depends on temperature)
5. if you want it carbonated, rack to bottles and add more sugar either as sugar water if you want it plain, or some kind of fruit juice. seal and wait another 3ish days, then put it in the fridge to crash
