There is nothing wrong with flash freezing meat right after butchering it and defrosting it for use before it degrades in quality, which is around 6 months for beef/red meat. People happily pay for frozen Omaha steaks or large quantities of meat from farms and storing most of it in a deep freezer.

Most of these places have something worth nabbing but you gotta mix and match to make it all work. I have yet to find a single thing worth getting at The King's place though.
