Very healthy food thats easy and tastes great.

This is fucking amazing and healthy. Frozen Blueberries I use wild bleueberries, milk, one or two teaspoons of sugar or sweetner and I put some stevia that has some vanilla flavor. Tastes like the best Fast Food shake you ever had.

The berry part is healthy, his fat ass just needs a delivery system of fat and sugar to convince him to eat it.

too much sugar, man. use skim milk and aspartame.

non fat yogurt and aspartame is also good.

>> No.13204427

You honestly don't need more than the blueberries and milk. Or at least use vanilla yogurt or something.

This. I use vanilla Greek yogurt. Doesn't have the same milkshake-y taste though, you need the fatty cream for that.

>> No.13206212

buy a bag of frozen french fries, cook in oven and eat with ketchup, drink coca cola zero
mix oats with full milk, softly boil for 10min, eat with butter and berries
eat ice cream out of a pint
cook bacon, eggs, beans on a pan and enjoy
boil a noodle pack and eat it
make meringue and eat them with milk or cream

All healthy and fast.

Our blueberries are green. They are not sweet despite flavor.

So you're eating unripe blueberries?
Surely you can just wait for them to ripen and THEN add them.

They don't taste any better. They just shrivel, get watery, then mold. Picking fruit so young off the vine, then letting it color, then selling to customers is awful. Our blueberries are fucked unless we get them ourselves.

Apologies for the confusing statements, I'm not feeling up to par.

If you need to add additional sweetner to your shake, it doesn't actually taste good at its base. I'll give you a pass on the milk as long as its either skim or whole milk, but there is no need for vanilla, sugar, or stevia beyond satisfying your sweet tooth.

How to make your shit healthy and not bait:
>replace milk with a single serve 0% greek yogurt cup
>replace sugar with monkfruit sweetener
>use .5 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
Congrats, you now have a sweet, protein packed blueberry smoothie/shake with lots of antioxidants from the blueberries.
