I used to like oregano a lot, but now even a little just agitates the fuck out of my intestines. The flakes just stay undigested and I end up feeling all bloated and awful followed by eventual diarrhea as my body tries to stop having flaky residue stuck to its insides.

So once I discovered banana pepper juice mixed with extra light tasting olive oil-my sandwich journey began. Also anything but fresh oregano is a meme spice.

Have you tried fresh oregano? I don't have any digestive trouble with the dry stuff but I did notice it doesn't seem to rehydrate properly when I used it in dressing. Or maybe just look for a higher quality dry oregano, cheaper ones might use more stems.
