Call me a fag if you want, but some of my favorite beers are winter spiced ales with cinnamon and nutmeg. Blue moon and Sam Adams make some GOAT ones and I usually crack one open after an evening of skiing. That’s my pumpkin spice.

Most IPAs are fucking trash. They add add all the goddamn hops at the start of the boil with just makes it a pint of bitterness. If breweries would do it properly and do late addition hops or dry hopping I would actually enjoy the deluge of IPAs on store shelves.
