what's for dinner, /ck/?

Just made some salmon with sauteed golden oyster mushrooms and some rice. It doesn't look like anything special, but tastes great. Just a simple olive oil, soy sauce and dijon mustard marinade for the salmon and some mushrooms and garlic sauteed with some salt and pepper in olive oil.

What'd you guys make for din din?
