This has a topic.

There are a lot of inquiries – and information that's localize-able.
>30s cold-made coffee compounds, vs. heated.
>Specifics on various types of breads.
>Egg preparations (e.g., I'm recently, mostly making a meal-muffin [while also having homemade cheese, from protein powders and *something with saturated fat* for mimicking dairy], but an early-experiences favorite was a simple sliced-American omelette seasoned with table salt, which has a really unique flavorousness .. partially because of annatto ..).

nutrition question. If im eating 2-3 leftover hamburger patties. 1 coffee, lots of water ( 4-5 litres ), a knob if chedder. and every 2-4 days about 6 beers, will that be enough to keep me healthy? im taking a medication which makes me not hungry as a side effect. im losing weight but i am worried about my health. i was thinking a multivitamin? i already take magnesium and calcium suppliments a few times a week when i remember. pretty sure thats a qtddiot

It's possible getting 150g of protein, and 21g of omega 3 based oil(s) for ~950Cals.

Multivitamins and other supplements are really simple, though varied if considering for advanced effects. Extracts and powders are often the most volume- and monetary-efficient.

Here's my multi. (It's missing iron, magnesium, and selenium – the lattermost I'm getting from eggs.)

PS: Vitamin C biosynthesis-replacement requiring so much produces oxalate, which relies on more magnesium.

I'm really sensitive of how foods are affecting me, and I was OK taking 3-4g ascorbic acid "every other preparation" – maybe every 3hrs. It's usually 3-4g x 4. .. A 6g seemed about getting too much, but also reliant on how much magnesium was had – which is usually .5g elemental per 4g, sometimes 1g if behind.

So hamburger meat, beer and cheese is your diet? That's not very good. You will absolutely need a multivitamin but even then you'll eventually get sick. Ascorbic acid isn't really the complete vitamin C for example, it just prolongs the life of vitamin C by allowing your body to recycle tyrosinase longer. Also you'll have no fiber which will fuck you up. If you can add some fresh fruit and the occasional broccoli or something it would make a huge difference, you'd be OK.

Not exactly Vyvanse but pretty much nearly the same chemical, dextroamphetamine, I took maybe 20-30 pills once because I was living in an apartment that got really messy because I had a big dog living in it, long story, and I wanted to clean it, and I got rhabdomyolysis (dissolving muscle tissue in urine) and couldn't walk straight and spent a few days in the hospital but I forgot to bring my Ambien to the hospital and I would have had withdrawals if I stayed in the hospital more than a few days so I checked out against medical advice and went home.

Fun times. Was about 10 years ago or so.

Guys I'm kitchen-retarded please help

I have a yeast cake that says you should spread egg yolk on top of it before putting it in the oven. Some of my friends can't eat eggs (for health reasons)

What happens if I put the cake in the oven without doing the egg yolk thing?

Ha. My general is certainly not as niche as this, and our paste bin is a lot nicer
