If you still have that rum, classic daiquiris are delicious:
2 parts amber or dark rum, 1 part lime juice, and 1 part simple syrup.

Dark rum is also refreshing in a Dark 'n Stormy, basically a G&T but with rum and ginger beer (the ginger beer is important, do not substitute ginger ale)

I do something like that before early morning plane trips. I put a shot of the Irish or bourbon in some tea then down it, it makes the plane ride much nicer especially on the takeoffs and while banking around to get into some path, the g forces are really fun, then I'll just fall asleep until it's time to come down then I get into more g forces. One or two shots is all so I'm not drunk but it's fun.

The humble gin and tonic is my go to but mojitos are pretty top tier as well.

Old-Fashioned. Muddle a tough of sugar with Angostura bitters, add bourbon (or rye), garnish with a twist of citrus peel. Add ice (if you're gay).

That’s a regular Caesar. You’re thinking Bloody Mary, which is an identical drink except it uses tomato juice instead of Clamato. I slightly prefer the Caesar to Bloody Mary, but they are my two favorites. I like mine with lots of jalapeño hot sauce and pickled asparagus. Also no rim. A pinch of rim salt in the drink is better.

I really liked whiskey sours, easy to make too. I typically used one part Bulleit Bourbon (or whatever you got, I just liked that it was a little dryer), a half part lemon juice, and then a dash of sugar. Shake it with ice and serve.
