Every chef can make a half raw steak tender. But only a god can make a tender well done steak.

Be aware that when you order well done they intentionally give you the shittiest meat they have available that's kept in stock just for people who like it well done. Steak is expensive to throw away and it's not like you can tell the quality of meat at that point anyway. They did this in 4 restaurants I worked at and none of them were cheap.
