Fully coated. Sat in a cool place (the oven) to marinade, it doesn't look hot and probably isn't, my mouth is like aspestos. But we'll see!

>> No.13109581

It's been marinating for about half an hour. I kinda want some of those Turkey trays now, make cleaning real easy.! Maybe I go sprinkle some more garlic powder? Rest another 20 minutes and cook?? Thoughts? Anon, thoughts? Add water to the tray to keep moist or let oven bake without moisture?? Anon?

Marinated beauty about to hit the heat. I'm so excited to try this spicy chicken!! My mouth is watering already! 45 mins- an hour and I'll be in heaven!! Why am I saying all this on 4chan?because where else am I going to tell this tale?! I love reading peoples stories on here, so this is my little cook thing that I wanted to share. Fight me

Ikr, I can't wait! Luckily I kept the skin on, so if it is too hot, I just remove the skin. It only marinated for an hour or so, so the rest shouldn't be too hot... I can smell the spice in my living room from the kitchen even with the door closed. Oh shit. This might be the end of anon lol

You'll be fine... plus capsaicin dissolves into rendered fat (see also: chicken thighs, good choice), and will break down a bit with heat (see also: chicken thighs, good choice). You spared yourself a full dose this time. You might feel some gastric distress tomorrow, but you've learned to know and respect your ingredients. Extract ain't nothin to fuck with, son!

If you're suffering from depression, the book 'Feeling Good' by MD David Burns can help.
It's about cognitive-behavioral therapy, a successful treatment for depression, dealing with negative thinking patterns.

(if you don't want to use Mediafire, look for it on libgen.is - it's a good site for PDFs in general - browse/download at your own discretion).

Also listen to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmDwl2-IZEk
It's an audiobook of 'Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway' by Susan Jeffers, a self-help book on overcoming anxiety.

You can also try some St. John's Wort (it's a plant) tea for immediate relief (I mix mine with Melissa for the calming effect).

It might also be nice to learn to meditate, as it can relieve your mind of negative thoughts. nperov.com for learning materials.

Or maybe you just have a vitamin D defficiency, see >>/sci/thread/S10221251 Go get some sun.
