I think these are sirloins.They're are especially lean, too. Personally I would sear them quickly in a pan with salt and pepper, slice them, and make steak and scrambled egg tacos. However you cook it, cook it fast. There's no fat or connective tissue to make a good stew. You can make beef Stroganoff, though.

get a sous vide stick, a vaccum device and the right kind of plastic foil. Put garlic and fresh thyme on it. Put in Plastic and vacuum. Put sous vide stick on large pot, fill pot woith water and set stick to around 54-55 degrees centigrade. Put beef in plastic in the water fpr 2 hours. Cool steak in plastic in cold water. Unwrap, throw away the vegetable shit and sear in a bloody f*cking hot cast iron pan with some ghee for about 30 sec. per side. Eat with baguette, portwine onions (sear onions in a pan, add port wine, enjoy maillard reaction, ? profit) and have a good bottle of red wine at hand. Afterwards call me, make an appointment and suck me of as a "thank you" - if you like.
