Right now it's too expensive, doesn't match the texture of real meat, and it's not as nutritious. I wouldn't eat it. If it improves enough to deal with those issues then I'd gladly eat it instead, I don't have an attachment to the idea that an animal was killed for it so I don't care that it's not "real".

I hope they do, the main thing that has me concerned is some of the companies are trying to act like the fact that what they're producing isn't as nutritious as a good thing by saying people don't need the fat or iron anyway. I'd rather have it be just as nutritious first before fixing the flavor and texture.
