the transitions where you're switching between microphones is a bit rough
it's also odd to have that transition at 1 minute and then cuts back at 1:13 visually, but it's audibly jarring for for the volume difference as the reverb of the room
I might have instead, taken the recorded footage mentioned where you kept adding more and more stuff sped up over that 13 seconds while doing the voice over with the normal mic

Do you want to be direct and right to the point (list ingredients to start, tightly edited shots showing ingredients going in and the step-by-step, then final product)?

Think about the food creators you know and love, on TV and online, as well as how they've separated themselves:

Gordon Ramsay is mostly an exacting hardass, but softens up for home-cooking content.
Jacques Pepin has a grandparent-y kind of comfort with a french focus.
Chef John is calm and supporting, a little goofy.
Alex French Guy brings a sense of exploration and wonder.
Ainsley Harriet is like your wacky uncle.
Babish is novelty foods and his recent series is targeted at beginners.
Alton is all about the science and the technique, aimed at home cooks.
BBQ Pit Boys is redneck BBQ.
Barefoot Contessa is for the wine-drinking soccer mom type audience.
Martin Yan has an oddball balance of comfort and energy with his Chinese focus.

And so on... so take the feedback but remember you can't please everyone and eventually you'll have to decide the type of content YOU want to produce.
