i give it an 8/10 for how it's cooked i prefer slightly rarer and a deeper sear
7/10 for choice of cut but i prefer fairly fatty steaks.
but if that is A1 on top you lose a ton of points with me.
you are obviously welcome to have your steak however you want it and if you enjoy sauce on your steak then good for you.
But for me a high quality steak should only be seasoned with salt and pepper or herb or garlic butter melted on top if it's a leanish cut like a hanger steak or a ny strip. i like A1 for an extremely cheap cut of steak like a petite sirloin but that strip looks a little decent enough to just need a pad of herb butter on top.
