thai chilis and minced garlic into oil until fragrant
chicken thigh chucks in
vegetables in (red bell pepper, onion etc)

sauce:
2 tbsp hoisin or oyster sauce
1tbsp fish sauce
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp water
1tsp corn starch
whisk then dump into pan, heat to boiling and thick

add in as much basil are you can fit into the damn pan
serve over rice!

Not OP but usually it should be using minced chicken or pork instead of chicken breast. Cubed chicken thigh is also acceptable. It is a Thai dish so idk how it makes it "not asian"
