And that would be gluten sensitivity, not celiac disease.
Which you should have realized since celiac is diagnosed with less than 1% of the population while gluten sensitivity is as much as 8%.
Doctors don't give out celiac dignoses even in cases where the person has it because you would want to start by assuming the issue is something less serious until you're proven otherwise.

intolerance.
But afterwards it turned out my diarrhea was just caused by high stress/anxiety. If I feel relaxed I can down a litre of whole milk or eat a entire pizza without problems. It's literally all your head. I don't know about crohns or celiac disease though, I thought they were real.
