Did you know pigs share human genetics ? That's right, even the most "human" pig DNA comes from humans.

So, if you're looking for something to fill your freezer, here's my current go-to. These little guys are great, but they're going to go a step further for you:

Piggy is a female, like most of her pig counterparts, but like male pigs, she also carries the male sex hormones.

Pigs can be fertile as well, it's a female only trait. The females produce the most milk , but the males are not that fond of milk. (Don't get them all mixed up, or your meat will stink)

I'm not sure if they will ever breed , but I know they grow fast, so I don't have the feeling they will go extinct (as long as humans survive, of course!).

Like dogs, they can be trained and raised to be "companions". They're also a good meat to go to restaurants, they offer a great flavor and a great value for your money.

I'm spaniard, bought and ate all kinds of hams. Cheap shit like paletillas of 20 bucks, jamon iberico de bellota of 600 euros, etc. Each Christmas we always buy one and cut it through the holidays and it lasts all the way to february. I love it and it's great, not much to say about it. The expensive stuff is to be eaten after cutting as it is and the cheap ones to be used for cooking.

Mental illness is in fact a social construct that makes me feel better. I'm never really ill. I'm just having a particularly bad time and I can't help it – the way I describe my feeling, it seems like I'm describing an orgasm; I'm not actually suffering, a malady or a psychological disorder.

" I'm a person with porky pig because I'm a person who is bugs bunny was hurt. That's all I can do at this point. That's all I can do. "

The only problem is that when you compare this experience to the actual reality, there are still a lot of problems. The way I see things I don't consider mental illness is the way someone who suffers from big butt symdrome would see it: you're mad, you're crazy, you're an idiot, you're a jerk. I think that if we can find a way of removing those labels from our mental health experience they would eliminate the problems associated with it that we all face.
I'm not mad or crazy.

I like to get a raw or very lightly cooked ham and keep it in the refrigerator. Whenever I want ham, I slice off what I want and fry it.

It's good in sandwiches, as ham by itself and eaten with either fried eggs or vegetables, chopped up and added to salad, chopped up and mixed in with scrambled eggs, added to field peas while they are cooking, added to pinto beans while they are cooking, on a buttered and toasted English muffin with a fried egg, sliced into large chunks and eaten with pork flavored ramen noodles, ... .

I nearly always have a ham in the refrigerator.

>> No.12900191

It's too much, you'll end up throwing it out.
You can buy much smaller cuts of ham at a supermarket, it's usually off the bone and smoked. If smoked ham is your jam, it's a great way to go. The stuff keeps for quite a while (2 months in the fridge is the best I've gotten iirc). It's definitely better than the overly processed prepackaged slices, though you need to make sure it's not liquid smoke injected.
If you do shop regularly (twice a week+) then getting freshly sliced ham at the supermarket is the way to go. Better variety. Roast ham and honey ham are easily the best sandwich hams. Though the former fails as a bacon substitute.

Got one from a brother-in-law a few Christmases ago.
He is a Chef works for overseas embassy.
Sent us a leg, the hanger and a special knife.
Tried it, a couple of times, didn't like it, not at all.
Ended up feeding it as treats to my Shar Pei.
That good boy loved that stuff.
Whenever I opened the box it stayed in he could smell it and came running.
Brother-in-law found out, my wife, his sister, told him, that I had turned his $1200 gift into dog snacks.
Haven't spoken to him in 3 years.
Not really a loss, at least for me.

based, i make bondiola, i don't know the name in english.
>put in large container the entire meat, surrounded entirely by rock salt, leave in fridge 2 days/0,5 kg of meat.
>rinse with abundant water, let dry out of fridge for an entire day
>spread white wine or water and cover with black pepper not finely ground
>cover with baking paper and give cilindrical form with cotton string.
>take to fridge for thre weeks or longer, done, tastes the same as parma ham.

We're gonna throw a matanza and cook one and the other I'll process myself this time and sell half to my neighbors at the market.
