never had them, but have had actual white castle. since it was my first time having them i tried the regular slider, the one with bacon, a plain one, and one with cheese, and chicken rings. the burgers made me sick because they were so bland and honestly looked gross, since the patty was gray and looked boiled. the bacon one was laughably just the regular slider with like 1/4th of the thinnest bacon strip i've seen, and you could hardly notice it was there. the chicken rings were such a disappointment because i was expecting thick ones like onion rings, but they were these shitty small "chicken" rings that were more batter than chicken. they were about the same size but surprisingly thinner than pic related. would never eat there again, but in your case wouldn't hurt to try, that was just my experience

Shake Shack and Five Guys while good are overpiced for what they are so I'd knock them down to A tier.
Chick fila is best chicken around so I'd bump them up to S
Popeyes while not on the list is a B
While I love White Castle it's a B at best.
Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Burger King are heavily based on their location so they can vary from B to D.
Mcdonald's is classic and consistent so they get a B.
Jack in the Box has good deals and food is ok solid C.
Chipotle and Carl's Jr. are both overpriced for what they are, C
Don't have Arbys often enough to give a solid rating but I don't have a high opinion of it.
All chain pizza places are cardboard shit, you can get a better slice in NYC for a $1 ffs E.

on the border has good chips and dependably good Mexican food which is impressive.

macaroni grill does some good standard Italian stuff, nothing amazing but good.

Bonefish has good pesto and pretty good seafood, sometimes they even have rare fishes, also doing seafood as a chain restaurant is impressive.

cheesecake factory: the cheesecake is good, but the actual food is all cooked in lard or something. Seriously the heaviest food I've ever eaten.

buffalo wild wings: hate the atmosphere, but the wings are fine and I like the flavoring options.

TGIF: just dependable nondescript american food

chili's: Tex Mex but execution isn't that great

PF Changs: worst fucking Chinese food I've ever tasted in my life, the soy sauce has literal spoonfuls of sugar in it, what the actual fuck

On a trip to the USA, I stopped at a Shake Shack while walking around Washington DC, and it was fucking terrible. Shit quality burger. If it weren't that bad I wouldn't have even remembered the name of the place. But it was really bad.
