Mike Chen literally does series of videos about fried chicken from state to state and city to city.
He did a series of videos about BBQ too.
He goes to European countries and highlights their cuisine.
I can see how it's easy to assume all he does is Asian food because the bulk of his videos are that but he does at least highlight other food unlike some channels that always have to go to some shit hole where the person cooking doesn't wash their hands or the water gives you AIDS.
