Not a day goes by that I don't miss Peter's Drive-In. Easily the best burgers I've ever had. I used to use any excuse to stop by and have a burger or two from their place with a huge bucket of onion rings and a chocolate milk.

There's two: one in Calgary and one in Red Deer- for some fucking reason, but either way I highly recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE drag their ass down there and have a burger as soon as humanely possible. If not for yourself, then for me.

There are great butchers in both High River and Black Diamond that sell excellent smoke meat and have unbeatable prices for beef. The one in High River has great prices for whole duck (cooked and uncooked) and rendered duck fat. They also have candied salmon and all sorts of meat goodies.
