I think it's supposed to seem like the yellow part is blowing/falling over. Maybe the water feature for drama or something? The trouble is it doesn't really work at all and looks unfinished. Landscaping aside what's with that pool?
The strange stone accents at the corners and missing shingles are just cherries on top.

It's called Poe Bouyz' House and has been some dude's passion project for several years now. I think the design is to make people like us talk about it, which I suppose it succeeded in doing. I hope it's structurally sound enough to stay alive long enough to inevitably fail.

I haven't gotten a chance to try the food yet but I'll get back on that in the future if it's noteworthy. The building is in Oklahoma City off I-35, completely alone and far from any exits so it might actually be a challenge to get to the place.

C'est Si Bon, the hole-in-the-wall on the corner of Reno and Douglas, is ran by Creole. That place is fucking excellent, worth a look if you've never been. Just be willing to spend like $14 per person.
