Its either too sweet or too sour, too thick or too thin, not hot enough or a super hot meme sauce that ruins every dish it touches. I'm still searching for that perfect balanced hot sauce.

You can get a bottle of pic related and add a drop or three to whatever sauce you use to heat it up. It also adds a bit of flavor but most people wont notice that.
