tried it once, but the sauces were the best part, overall it was dry as fuck and unappetizing

Falafel is better than kebab meat. Kebab meat is always bad. Barely even tastes like meat.

i mean, i love falafel but it is pretty dry. it's minced chickpeas after all.
i guess if you add enough parsley and/or oil it might reduce the dryness but it'll always be a dry food. not that anything is wrong with that, dry can be good too.

I'm not a veggie but i've started getting falafel wraps at kebab shops after a night out, so much more flavourful
