Taken from the Natty Daddy can ~
Ingredients - Water, Barley Malt, Cereal Grains, Hops, Yeast
water is /ck/ related unquestionably. barley and grains are foods. hops are a spice and yeast is a cooking ingredient. so yes, beer is food. prepared and packaged food, no less.

I have plenty of alcohol but really just want to smoke weed. I have weed but I get paranoid if I smoke in the daylight. Its technically past sundown but there is still some light and my closest neighbors are outside and I worry they might smell the smoke. They may not care if they do idk but I hate risking it.

I smoked around 4 am this morning but havent since. and then went to work and worked the full day. my job is easy though not very strenuous but the heat. I am paranoid though when sober because I have been driving around for like 5/6 years without being properly insured. made the road pretty nerve wrecking. fixed that recently so i am less paranoid in general. still worry about my neighbor eh fuck it bout to hit a big fucking bowl.

I quit drinking altogether for about 1.5 month earlier this year and then cut it back considerably after that. I can tell you from recent experience the investment is worth it. I get a good buzz from sucking down a couple drafts before dinner at the sports bar now, which is a feeling entirely new to me.

IPAs are an acquired taste. I didn't start liking them until fairly recently. I know you're in SoCal, but try to find some NEIPAs since they're more focused on citrus than hops. Try drinking stuff from your local breweries and see what's best.

Give me mid-range IPA with a good balance between price and flavor. Fine if it’s a macro, in fact I prefer that since the whole price thing.

If you're in SoCal, the best IPA's are the ones you find on draft. If you happen to be near any of these, give them a shot:

Modern Times
Monkish
Highland Park
Brouwerij West
Pure Project

Otherwise for cans I'd suggest any Modern Times IPA's (find them at Costco and Trader Joes) and Offshoot's Relax. Always look up your nearest craft beer liquor store, there's more variety and usually fresher stuff.

>>12730797
It had a lot of hype back in the day before NEIPA's exploded. Now while still being great, it pales in comparison to the newer stuff. I prefer Focal Banger myself.
