Hot sauce

Yeah the cauliflower doesn't absorb any of it the way rice does. Sorry for being so late with the message I went to bed bro. It the sushi doesn't hold up as well but the light crunch from the cauliflower is really nice in sushi.

I would also recommend cream cheese it kind of covers the very strong taste of cauliflower and keeps it from falling apart as much. We had to wrap the whole roll in plastic in order to cut it.
