Learn how to make Fathead pizza dough. You can use this for pizza, but also for a "bun", taco/burrito shells, etc. There are many uses for this crust. Be sure to skip the egg when making the dough. You can also make taco shells by melting cheese in the oven or in a pan on parchment paper - experiment with the type of cheese used, how thinly spread the cheese is on the parchment paper, etc. You'll have to dab off excess grease, but it makes for a satisfying taco shell.

For snacks, meats and cheeses. Beef jerky is great for a travel snack, but you can buy the meat and cheese combo packs at any gas station - just check the carbs because a lot of jerky relies on sugar for flavoring. I also make keto gummy worms out of beef gelatin, sugar free jello mix, and sugar free kool-aid mix. You can even get ascorbic acid crystals to make them sour. You could get fruit or almonds to enjoy in very small portions, just keep an eye on your macros. Look up Fatbombs also - there are many varieties so pick your poison.

For everyone saying that keto is detrimental to your health - I've been on it for 9 months (with a break here and there) and I lost 100 lbs. My bloodwork showed dramatic improvements all around. My only problem was a slightly low level of potassium and magnesium, which I supplement daily, but I avoided these during my 24 hour fast prior to the bloodwork. You can get magnesium tablets or magnesium citrate, and "nu-salt", "no salt", "salt lite" or some other version of potassium chloride to get your potassium. Calcium is important also, but it's counteracted by the magnesium, so take one supplement early in the day and the other a bit later.

Stay focused on the diet and be diligent - this will make you "fat adapted" sooner. The more fat adapted you are, the easier it will be for you to slip back into ketosis if you happen to have a significant cheat meal and kick yourself out of it. I'm not a scientist but I think the cancer fighting has to do with starving the cancer cells of sugars. There's also Autophagy, which is a relatively newly discovered, naturally occuring process in the body. Your body breaks down "junk" cells into amino acids to fuel the creation of new, healthy cells. Fasting increases the rate of autophagy. Autophagy helps tremendously with loose skin that people usually suffer from as a result of losing too much weight too quickly. I've done 4-5 day fasts and they were cakewalks. And when fasting you have this incredible feeling of lucidity that I haven't experienced elsewhere. I even had a dark lesion on my chest (which I was concerned was pre-cancerous) completely vanish thanks to autophagy.

The reason keto works is that if you want to lose fat you have to be in a state where you're burning fat. This means you have to have periods where your insulin is low and you're out of readily available fuel. Limiting carbs removes the insulin spikes and high fat foods make it easier not to overeat compared to high-carb food. Thanks good tips. I started strict Keto around 3 months ago (I was already active and worked out but ate a lot of carbs, sugar and beer so I was pretty flabby). I went from 240-190 and I'm getting compliments on how good I look for the first time in years. I'd almost recommend it as a cutting tool as opposed to a serious diet, since the weight loss slows down eventually and it seems hard to maintain. The trick is not to fall for the all fat memes, you have to eat a good balance of protein/veggies/nuts/fats. Some fruits are pretty good too, I love blackberries and raspberries for example. You don't have to eat zero carbs, just under 20g a day.

You cannot have cheese and cured meats for every meal. This will make your cholesterol go up dramatically and kill you within a decade. If you do eat those things, eat them in very small amounts. My theory the last 10 years has been that bad bacteria overgrowth is the main cause of all of our health issues. (Obviously sugar feeds bad bacteria)
