no you're a mutant actually, people aren't (usually) born with a lactose intolerance, they can digest milk when they are a baby and then develop the lactose intolerance later on because their body stops producing lactase to digest it, similar to how moms aren't lactating all the time...
but some people develop a genetic mutation called lactase persistence and are able to drink milk through adulthood
