Lets trade Kombucha recipes!
I've been working with a 4inch thick scoby in a 6 Gallon container, w/ Cane Sugar and Black Tea
which tranfers into 16 oz containers holding the 'bootch flavors.

Current mixes
>Lemon zest,Citron, and Ginger
>Watermelon and Hibiscus simple syrup
>Strawberry and Raspberry
>Mango Puree
>Cherry/Lime/Kiwi
>Guava Puree

Its an acquired taste, smells of sour vinegar, and hardly tastes anything like the ingredients added. But if you're in need of a cleaning and to clear up your gut biom it's got a ton of Probiotics and is even alcoholic depending on how long you let it Ferment

Supposedly, mixed with hard alcohol, it's good for your liver instead of destroying it

and the longer it ferments it turns into undrinkable vinegar, that is however a salad dressing when you mix it with a tasty oil..
