garlic salt is the secret sauce that gives this recipe its amazing flavour. Once you have made the sauce, you can drizzle on any variety of pasta. Serve it up with a good dollop of cream cheese and fresh Parmesan or any other cheese you fancy!
3.8 from 15 votes Print Zucchini Pizza with Quinoa and Parmesan Sauce Sauce (Pizza with Quinoa and Parmesan Sauce ) is a vegan pizza cheese with quinoa and vegan sauce made entirely in sauce! Course: Dessert Servings : 12 Calories : 222 kcal Author : Vegan Richa Ingredients 5 slices quinoa (or gluten free gluten free flour) or breadcrumbs

1/2 cup vegan cheese of your choice (optional)

1/2 cup warm water (1 tablespoon should be enough)

8 oz pasta (sliced - the dough can be easily added by hand)

1 cup of crushed zucchini (I recommend using the "Crazy Egg" brand) I used a whole head of zucchini, with a small handful of white skin (they turn out a little soft if overcooked)

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/3 cup vegan Parmesan or quinoa shredded

Sesame seeds for sprinkling in sauce Instructions Preheat oven to 200F.

They generally only grow in the Punjab region, particularly at altitude. They'd be extremely expensive to get fresh, probably need overnight air shipping. Just buy the salt from them and grow your own white salt plants for when you need something fresher
