no, i assemble a sushi plate out of very simple salmon sushi wraps. i put the sushi pieces in the plate and at every other sushi piece i will put a drop of wasabi sauce. i don't use soy sauce since i eat it in front of my computer and i'd rather keep it dry.

I like to eat it the right way (with my hands) but people look at me weird when I do so in restaurants.
