The smell would be either moldy, or chemical smells.

I used to, because we were understaffed, but not as mechanically as that guy. He does it so precisely it looks almost as if the footage is sped up. And the tip is to

even with non-slips you shouldn't run because non-slips don't invalidate the laws of momentum you retard. it also decreases reaction time for everyone in his path. anyone running like that in a real restaurant would be told to cut it out. that shit warms the heart of wagies and the people profiting off his labor but it's not practical.

This is honestly almost nightmare inducing, it lays down the entire hollowness of American culture. It's workers are exploited to the maximum with absolutely no concerns for health or safety, but here comes the kicker, it's not (just) to save cost on staff and extract value more efficiently. American culture is so empty and barren this very process of exploitation becomes a local attraction. This town is so culturally dead the local attraction seems to be watching younger members of the workforce trying to kill themselves just to provide a chap gimmick to the customers.
In a way it's a good microcosm, almost a parody of the US as a whole, workers are not only horribly exploited, but this very act becomes entertainment for the masses.

Are you a starving lazy commie wondering why your country is stuck in the third world?

Look here boy, I worked in a kitchen as well and like everywhere on this hellworld we were understaffed to shit and back because lol cost cutting. The difference was however that our society still has a concept of workers dignity (with all the worker protection laws that US wagies can only dream about might I add). We worked fast, but behind the walls of the kitchen, we weren't paraded around for old boomers overdosing on opiates, because here overworking your employees is still seen as something shameful, not something you can sell as a funny quirk.

the third world is actually what was described. first worlders have machines. soy and belly achers. it is actually quite funny to hear them talk of work ethic.

I'm not a bot first of all, second try watching the video this kid had a degree in engineering and his boss has even mentioned he has better offers and is lucky Jude stuck around. He just did this because it made work fun as a teenager and it created a culture of those around him trying to better themselves as well as shown with the very first guy in the video and his friend. The boss isn't training him to work that way he just did and it encouraged others to better themselves the same way it became an attraction after the fact not as some side show but because it's impressive and it's enjoyable watching people who have some pride in whatever they do it's a shame you can't understand that because of your seething hatred of America or you too could reach your potential but you choose not to because of socialism telling you being lazy is enough and that's easier than trying to improve yourself in any way whatsoever

No shit, but if you don't have lanklet legs and spastic balance you should find it pretty easy to bend backwards before you stop. Nobody at my old workplace gave a shit about it because we were a shithole 3 star hotel and we didn't have the time to either, it was the standard. And I didn't care about being a wagie because it was a local deal and not some corporate chain shit, I had a half-way decent boss.

>>12496013
I won't curse next time I make a post just for you chief, I'll go back to it straight afterwards though, it's just my natural habit now.

1. Be organised, they have everything laid out separately and a lot of counter space to do assembly. If you're asking about commercial kitcen service, make special preparations/protocol for busy times.
2. Specialised equipment. They aren't using a pan for every burger, they have a large grill. Ice cream is served out of counter top freezer buckets and the scoops are right there.
3. Be retarded. Running in the kitchen is dumb and you shouldn't do it; this guy wants to be a hotshot. Also work the same min wage job for 10 years and you're bound to be fast at it, kind of surprising if you weren't but still stupid slave mentality for staying.

>> No.12498747

This was hard to fucking watch.
You would get fired so fucking fast if you turbo-sperged out this hard badly in a regular kitchen.
It's a good gimmick, and it might work for fast food, but that's such a hazard.
