For a while now I've wanted to try eating tarantulas and other bugs for the LULZ, but the dehydrated and cooked tarantulas you find on the internet still have hairs that irritate your stomach after you eat them, how do I properly prepare a tarantula that has already been dehydrated? should I just eat scorpions instead?

burn them off with a torch

...Are you in financial trouble, OP?

Unironically this. The hair will cook right off if you pass over them with a flame, just don't breathe in while you do it.

Or torment them for weeks at a time causing them to flick off the irritating hairs and go bald.

It's best to blend it into a milkshake, thereby lessening the aftereffect of stomach irritation from the tarantula hairs.
