CK let's play a game. I have

>flour
>eggs
>ramen
>milk
>garlic
>cheddar cheese and cottage cheese
>frozen hash browns

What can I make that won't taste awful? So far I just boil the ramen in milk/water/garlic, after cooked, add the eggs(scrambled) with garlic and the has browns broken into chunks and it turns into some monstrosity but it's not too bad.

you can make a kind of okonomiyaki
it's very popular japanese street food
make a batter with the flour, egg and water
or just flour and water
and maybe try your milk instead of water

boil and drain your noodles
add it to your batter
and fry them like pancakes.
you can add a fried egg onto your pancake or have eggs in the batter

you can melt cheese on the done side after you flip it

go buy a cabbage as well to get a crunchy texture in there and some freshness, cabbages are like the cheapest vegetable

top it with mayo and bbq sauce or whatever

there are like a million variations on this so look up some recipes and experiment

Different anon here, can you use thick udon noodles? Oddly enough I can get soft udon noodles and that's about it where I live, but I've always wanted to try okonomiyaki and I'm a pretty good cook.

Just make eggs and hashbrowns. use the cheddar cheese as a topping/filling.
You could also make basic pancakes with the flour, eggs & milk.

noodles to begin with aren't really a core ingredient, more like a regional variation. So for your first just do a basic one with cabbage and spring onion only and bonito flakes on top. For noodles it's nice that they are the same size roughly as finely shredded cabbage. They'd be too big to crisp really or hold shape and they'd poke out way above the batter. So i don't think that's a good idea. Generic ramen packet noodles would be better. I'm sure you can get those.

But fuck it, you can do anything with okonomiyaki, it's not some autistic meme food. It's wildly different everywhere in Japan. Try it.

Okonomiyaki idea is dope. My first answer was similar to OP's....ramen with egg, add cheddar cheese, maybe garlic, skip the hash browns.
Another idea might be to mix the garlic with the cottage cheese...jk

make roux, equal parts 3tbsp flour/butter add cup of milk then 8oz cheddar... you got your self a cheese soup or sauce depending how much cheese/milk you add. You drizzle it over the hash browns. Or add a little more milk and garlic to make a alfredo sauce for your ramen.

Technically you can make a no-yeast pizza dough with just 1 1/3 cu flour and 1/2 + 2 tbs milk plus salt and herbs. If you have oil or butter, use that for the 2 tbs above instead of milk, but milk does contain fat.

This gives you the ability to make flatbreads, pizzas, and calzones. I think if you fine diced a frozen hashbrown and browned it with minced garlic, you could kind of come up with a savory crumble component.

You can reduce milk by half and it becomes more sweet and thick, mix in some cheese and you can do a cheese sauce.

Very watery scrambled eggs can substitute for a pizza or flatbread sauce as it will tighten up while cooking.

I think you can do a breakfast pizza with a savory garlic crumble, with a cheese dipping sauce.

that should be 1/2 cu milk in first sentence
