I made kind of a soup yesterday with scraps I had left.

I took a pan and slightly caramelized quartered mushrooms, vinegar pickling onions, and a blood sausage. Added some granulated garlic too. Then I crumbled a chicken stock pot in it and added water half way up to the sausage, and put it in the oven to braise.

It looked horrifying, but it was fucking delicious.
