Eating or drinking out. Home meals I prepare go from 50¢ for simple eggs and toast to 9 bucks for a half pound steak and asparagus. Going anywhere is going to be at least 6 bucks and I'll spend as much as 30 on a single meal every now and then. Drinking goes from 10.99 handle vodka (admittedly with about twice that cost after mixers) to ten bucks for a high abv sixer to 22 bucks for a handle of bourbon. Going out I try to hit specials for 2-4 bucks per shot or beer but that adds up when you can hold your drink.

I'm usually only going out with my roommate who I see all the time already although I've got bar friends I socialize with. I could cut 100 bucks a week easily. That's fucking 5 grand a year.
