not memeing at all but that shit is based for a louisiana style sauce. maybe trappys too, and this is coming from someone who used to live in louisiana.
when i worked in restaurants, i used to get drunk as fuck with everyone after work. then we'd hit the casinos because they served food late. i would blow my money gambling so i would only eat the complimentary crackers and butter pats they brought out.
i'd ask for a bottle of hot sauce because i knew they had this one and cover my butter pats and crackers in hot sauce and eat them in a drunken stupor. i miss working in restaurants.

Just a condiment that is mainly used for its heat and made with peppers. Sriracha is essentially its own style, you can have a salt pack style like Tabasco or most Louisianas, or a brine ferment.
