What you should eat regularly:
Leafy greens
Root vegetables besides potatoes
Citrus
Chicken and fish
Water
Nuts(not peanuts)
Full fat dairy(whole milk, kefir, plain Greek yogurt)

And that's about it if you actually want to have a healthy diet. Also the type of food isn't the only important thing. Eating fresh food made from scratch with no preservatives is important. Eat to live, don't live to eat

Yeah potatoes are something I had to cut out personally. While I realize they aren't totally unhealthy, it's really easy for me to eat way too much of them. Kind of an addiction I guess. A lot of people eat them literally everyday and in vast quantities, so I usually recommend just dropping them for something like cauliflower

Saying those things are bad usually means they're bad when you have too much. We're basically supposed to eat everything, you just need to figure out the right amount. And also figure out if you have any intolerances to specific foods to customize your own diet, but you shouldn't push that on other people just because coffee gives you acne or something since it won't do that to everyone.
