So I made muffins and my GF wants to keep some for her sister who returns on Friday.
I put them in a ziplock, put that in a plastic box with lid, stuffed it in a dark corner of the closet.
Now she keeps wanting to put it in the fridge and I tell her it’ll suck.

I live in a tropical climate so its very humid and quite hot, would they go bad if left outside at 25C+ until Friday?
I kinda don’t want to put them in the fridge because they will just start sweating from the temp difference.
